    Front Line Customer Service Officer
The good thingsThe place is near City Hall and it is easy to find as if was only in Capitol Piazza. The building management is so strict that it is very clean, even the toilet has many friendly staff cleaners who maintains the cleanliness of the area.
The challengesJust an average company. Not much benefit and even holidays you still need to work as the mall is always open Mondays to Sundays.

Good and Fun place to work
The good thingsSupervisor are all nice people, colleagues are all fun and loving people. Taking of leave can be by hours instead of half day/full day. Example you can just take 2 hours of leave if you have something urgent on. Supervisors are all very patient and waiting to guide you. Colleagues from other departments are also very fun and helpful. We all smile at each other whenever we see their face.
The challengesSome of you who might not understand traditional chinese might be a bit of difficulties because their headquarter is in taiwan. But not to worry as they do understand english but you may need to understand a bit more on traditional chinese in emails because Taiwanese use traditional chinese in communication.
