    The good thingsBest owners ever, very hands on owners. More travel opportunities then most other independent bars. World's best bar.
    The challengesSalary doesn't match jobscope. No Overtime no bonus. Stress level High. Toxic work environment. Doesn't retain staffs. Lots of conflict. Too much individualistic people.
