    The challengesThe senior management should work together to improve things within the company instead of spending time micro managing the lower level staff unnecessarily. Develop all level of staff and not just people you like. Be objective. Follow the new trend instead of sticking to old school rules.

    The good thingsManagement encouragement to learn advanced technologies. We have a good teams to to help each other when there is a need. Company is especially getting new SAP Projects, this will be usefull for getting experience in new things in industry.

    The good thingsAlthough it was a 3 months project but the team manager was good enough to take care of all members. The company was spendid and provide much more than is stated in the original contract.
