    Overall is good experience
    The good thingsWorking environment is good, free snacks and drink are available in the pantry. Supportive colleague, treat each other with respect, totally zero headache on political war. Lots of opportunity to explore and new things to learn here.
    The challengesOccasionally, you will need to stay late if there's genuinely urgent work. Also, you have to be self-initiative, you will feel challenged if you just wait for an answer or a direction.

    The good thingsWork life balance 👍 and the work culture here is good 👍 Increment based on performance .Acceptable startup pay for job beginner. I enjoyed working here with the same age group. Conducive environment, dynamic ambience and nice settings.
    The challengesCould be stressful at times. The stress portion is more on the workload received and the frequency of phone calls received everyday. Regardless of how much workload were assigned, no job is easy and straightforward and can be definitely be achieved thru hard work and determination if you put your heart and soul into it. That's the drive that keeps me going.
