Business driven but they claim to be educational institute that promotes nurturing music for kids but it is the complete opposite.
The good thingsWork environment is acceptable ,surrounded with great colleagues.
The challengesThe business model is not what it seems to be. Its focus on more profit instead of quality but that was not made clear to the employees. Management has internal issues and refuse to be open to ideas for their growth . Anyone who disagrees are quickly pushed aside and canceled ,theres no transparency between employer and employees.

    work-life imbal
The good thingsGood colleagues and working enrivonment (depends on which branches you work).
The challengesBad management skills, employees are force to do the non-related jobs to their professional skill. For example, music teachers are required to do sales and are forced to hit the target set by the management. Poor communication between the management and the staffs. Poor qualities on the educational facets but more focusing on their sales and marketing. Hope the company more focus on the educational qualities instead of only focusing on the sales.
