    No chance for explanation
    The good thingsNothing but the colleagues.
    The challengesBoss gives too much stress, giving no chance for explanation if the boss decides to pick on you. The amount of work you get is still alright, it's when things happen the boss will start picking on you, not for doing the wrong thing or failure to work but will pick on you due to the fact that you cannot constant harp on the person you are talking to, you cannot stress the person enough to get the job done. That is what will happen
