Working at Autodesk Asia Pte. Ltd
The good thingsIt is a leading company for 3D design, engineering and entertainment software. The hiring process for this company is fast and smooth. The team that I joined was a pioneering team in SG as they were expanding in Asia. It was a very diverse team as we came from different parts of the world.
The challengesSince it was a diverse team the learning process was quite complicated. The transfer of information from the main office in US was not that easy. Since almost everybody are relatively new in the company it's quite difficult to get the information and the support needed to accomplish things. You have to do alot of self-learning thus you have to do over time more.
