    The good thingsNo good things, lousy. Always give free lunch with praying food after next day praying.
    The challengesNo work life balance, payday is slow. Never verify the truth and accused staff. Long working hour with 5 1/2 days work every day.

    Good days in AVA
    The good thingsWhen i got here in Singapore I've just know my friend from mu college days but then when i got a chance to work in AVA, i know all of them personally and we became friend even closest because of some projects need to do as a Team. It was a nice experience working with them, getting know knowledge, teaching and helping each one of us.
    The challengesThe project deadline specially because of the deadline given to us to meet all the needed on the site and in fabrication.
