    Disgraceful customer service
    The good thingsNo positives to be discussed
    The challengesWrote to this company requesting further details related to training, no response received. I have written a total of five messages requesting the same all of which were not replied too. Appauling for a training organisation to deal with inquiries especially when their preferred responses are via WhatsApp, beware !!!!

    Terrible Boss & Manager
    The good thingsFreedom to do what you like as everything is not systematic or structured
    The challengesMicro-managing boss (treat you like labour), un-achievable sales target (manager who has been here for 3 years couldn't achieve too), unfair contract (bonded 1 year but they can fire you anytime), nothing much was taught but expect you do achieve a lot, manager did not bother and guide you. NO BONUS NO COMMISSION but want you to hit a lot sales if not fire you.
