    The good thingsThe pioneer employees were great, but all have left, also full medical coverage when vising selected clinic.
    The challengesIt is a family business, their investment in employee is low. Policies prioritize the company and client at the penalty of employees; no carrying over of leave, maximum leave duration of 7 days, minimum 12 working days per month, 2 months notice period, no company events, poor salary advancement (1.5% to 5%). Unwilling to send employees for training. 0 increment in leaves.
