    Bad Management and Compliance Team
The good thingsFreedom as a sales staff.
The challengesBackend staff are not talking to one another. Always having miscommunications. Compliance team is terrible. The number of letter of warnings issued and BSC gradings at this company is ridiculous, all because of incompetent investigation/complain handling team.

Need to get into the Good books of Top Management
The good thingsSome of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are flexi benefits and leaves
The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because bias mgt. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in you need to get into the good books of your bosses to get more leads and more opp for roadshows or closed door events.

    Nice company to work with
The good thingsWork/Life Balance being promoted to employees. Great benefit to employees and extended to employee's family. Encourage learning new skill and improve knowledge from the activity programme, Basecamp. Office location is in CBD, easy to access with more food variety for lunch.
The challengesMost of the opportunity of new challenge and new project are for new joiner only, old folks who working in the company for years do not have opportunity to learn and lack of career advancement. Long working hours on weekday and might need to work on weekend as well.

    Awesome company with great culture
The good thingsThe culture and non-monetary benefits. The non-bureaucratic nature of the command chain. Almost everyone is friendly, helpful and does not intentionally shun effort. Superb work-life balance.
The challengesPay isn't that great. A bit hard to promote because promotion is not based on seniority but workload.

    Not for the weak
The good thingsThe people there are extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of extra activities like baking, outdoor adventures, food outings, etc avaliable from time to time to destress the department. The pantry is well stocked! Never lacking of coffee, milo, biscuits, tea, etc to keep you awake.
The challengesExtremely fast paced, disruptive with new technologies being applied yearly, stressful due to the amount of workload each individual carries, there is an unending office flu going around for some reason and OT-ing is pretty normal due to workload.
