No progression and Micro-managed organisationThe good thingsThis company seems to have no freedom to work. Whatever u do, will be controlled by the upper managment and u have no freedom to plan how u should do your stuff and etc. Management also very calculative with employees on certain small issues especially on money wise.
On benefits wise, the increment is very less to nearly nothing.
The challengesTo work with some temperamental and sarcastic management staffs who rely on their moods and way of doing things as this is a family business
