A job that won’t have cultural shock if you have CS experience in electronic component industry
The good thingsFlexible company when you started to fit in to the company cultural. Good management from CS team. Everything here within expectation and job load are manageable except the challenge I mentioned below.
The challengesCoordinate with internal team would be the hardest part of this job. Feels like the objective and goal between purchasing departments with sales/marketing/CS are different. Always feels very stressful in dealing with internal purchasing team.

The challengesSandwiched between customers and suppliers. Suppliers is the almighty. Non-stop report writing and meetings. Unrealistic targets.
