Overall, it is has been an enjoyable and fruitful experience with Axanteus Research.
The good thingsClose knit team like a family. Appropriate guidance and mentorship from the management and senior staff. Good teamwork among all staff in tackling day to day operations and challenges. Office politics is non-existent.
The challengesDue to the fact that clients are located all over the world, occasionally some online meetings with clients can be at night or early in the morning. But seldom beyond 10pm or earlier than 8am. Still manageable. Don't think there is anything that can be done about this as the timing needs to accommodate people from all over the world, so there needs to be a compromise.

Challenging and interesting work experience which I truly appreciate.
The good thingsChallenging and interesting work and projects. For those who are able to perform well, you will be given a lot of authority to run projects and be independent. This will hone your higher-level skills like people management, client management, negotiation skills, crisis management etc and grow you as a professional quickly. Opportunity to travel to other countries for research work. Work with research counterparts from all over the world.
The challengesSome studies can be quite challenging, but nothing that cannot be overcome though.

I love it as I am challenged to my fullest potential.
The good thingsGood opportunities: challenging roles & responsibilities, managing a team, mentoring for higher level skills, independence & authority to manage studies and work. Acquired diverse skills: market research, project management, client & vendor management, people management, general management & others.
The challengesSome projects are time-sensitive and as such there would be time pressures.

Great place for a fresh grad to enter the world of market research
The good thingsA good mix of both full turnkey and fieldwork-only studies. Studies span a diverse range of industries and very often diverse markets (countries); every project is an opportunity to learn something new. Opportunity to be involved in all stages of studies and all aspects of market research. May get to travel overseas for studies too. Great colleagues who are collaborative, helpful, fun and easy to get along with. Hybrid mode of work - from office or from home. Opportunities for promotions for the good performers as the company tries to promote from within as much as possible.
The challengesSome studies can be very challenging, with demanding clients, compressed timelines and tight budgets, and you will be pushed to the limits of your capabilities and potential. But the teamwork and help from everyone make it easier to overcome such studies.

Non-top management employees are the saving grace
The good things1. Flexi work arrangement (can go both ways) 2. Staff are generally friendly (no politics) 3. Connected via MRT (although at town) 4. Smart Casual Attire 5. The Annual Leaves Generally the staff here are the reason why I gave 2 stars, if not will be 1 star
The challenges1. Top two management 2. Management open to change. Why is this a con? (Keep changing people)
