The good thingsAbility to learn new areas of the operations. Attending international fairs to learn new and absorb updated information on designs and accessories. Opportunity to present infront of high profile cliental to get deals.

The challengesHead of operations, daily oversees of operations, to meet time line on scheduled plans to meet datelines for the projects.
