    good place for poly fresh graduate
    The good thingsGreat culture, friendly colleague. good place for IT poly fresh graduate starts carieer, as can learn not only the coding skill, also get known how to communicate with other departments. Professional working environment
    The challengesTechnology is too old and too much limitation for a developer, not good for those who looking to join the giant tech company. Sometimes could need OT until 3 or 4 AM in order to complete the project. Low salary by comparison with the current IT market.

    Working here in brief
    The good things1. A 2-hr lunch break. 2. A recreational floor with pool, foosball and ping-pong tables, darts board, xbox, karaoke room and a fridge of beers. For extroverts, this is great. 3. Friendly staff and approachable supervisors. 4. Lots of events.
    The challenges1. As a software engineer, pay is really below the industry standard of the same skillset. This debases all the good points mentioned above. 2. Not as flexible an environment as a developer has expected. (non-flexible working hours) 3. More restrictions and security on software usage than it is applied in a bank.

    The good thingsI worked under the customer service department in AXS Pte Ltd. The CEO and colleagues there are friendly and helpful. Work there for more than 4 years, manage to learn a few new things there. The whole building belongs to them and the whole level 3 is like a relaxation place where there are all the games, Karaoke room etc. They organize party for the staff to attend very often for bonding purpose
    The challengesThey do not offer 13th month, VB usually is about 3 months of your pay. Since i work in customer service it seems that there are not much of promotion that we could look into. Standard medical and dental benefit.
