Working here in briefThe good things1. A 2-hr lunch break.
2. A recreational floor with pool, foosball and ping-pong tables, darts board, xbox, karaoke room and a fridge of beers. For extroverts, this is great.
3. Friendly staff and approachable supervisors.
4. Lots of events.
The challenges1. As a software engineer, pay is really below the industry standard of the same skillset. This debases all the good points mentioned above.
2. Not as flexible an environment as a developer has expected. (non-flexible working hours)
3. More restrictions and security on software usage than it is applied in a bank.
