    Internship Feedback - HR Intern
The good thingsThe people are very nice and will go the extra mile to ensure that you are coping well, be it with your work or even with being in a new environment.
The challengesThere's nothing much for me to comment on the challenges.

Valuable Internship to learn great stuff and sometimes there will be difficult times and also fun times.
The good thingsThe employees at Aztech Technologies are friendly. For the monthly salary/ allowance, I think it's up to the industry benchmark standards. The experience is thrilling, and time passed very fast working there.
The challengesAs the work-life balance needs to still improve further for everybody because from what I had observed there is a high-stress level in everybody's working atmosphere. The company can improve by adding a place/ facility for employees to relieve their stress similar to how companies nowadays have. This can help to manage the workload employees are dealing with and reduces their stress level.

Eye-opening, with its fair share of challenges
The good thingsMy immediate supervisors were friendly and patient in guiding me through my work. The previous intern was also able to handover to me quite smoothly. The work is easy enough once you get the hang of it. I start work and end work on the dot, was not micromanaged in terms of working hours. Generally, people here are friendly, just that you won't have much of a chance to interact with them if they're not in your department. Overall, it was a good learning experience.
The challengesJob gets repetitive like most corporate jobs. Food options nearby are more expensive. Pantry also lacks choices. The office does not have the best ventilation. I had a hard time working when I was sick because the air is so dry. Did not have any issues working for my department but one particular higher-up in another department acts very entitled (expects interns not in their department to buy lunch for them on our short lunch break). If you join the company, just make sure to set clear boundaries with the difficult people, if you encounter any.

Comprehensive internship with diverse job exposure
The good thingsThe supervisor provides different tasks and guidance to increase as much exposure as possible for learning purposes. Autonomy and freedom are also given to some extent with collaboration. Overall, the internship programme serves as a great learning opportunity.
The challengesMany miscellaneous tasks may be given but this provides a good learning and development opportunity.

    overall a wonderful experience
The good thingsAztech values diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The company embraces employees from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. This diverse workforce fosters a rich and dynamic work environment, promoting creativity and innovation.
The challengesLimited Work-Life Balance: The nature of Aztech's industry and the company's drive for innovation may require employees to put in long hours and potentially sacrifice work-life balance. The high-pressure work environment may require individuals to be readily available, which can affect personal time and well-being. Limited Career Growth in Niche Markets: While Aztech Technologies has a strong market presence, its focus on specific niche markets such as consumer electronics, LED lighting, and smart home devices may limit career growth opportunities for those seeking broader industry exposure. Limited Benefits and Compensation: Employee benefits and compensation packages offered by Aztech Technologies may not be as comprehensive or competitive compared to larger multinational corporations. This can impact employee satisfaction and motivation.

    Good Learning Opportunities
The good things- Good learning opportunities - Hands on experience - Independent environment which gives me the opportunity to challenge myself - Supervisors willing to guide me when I am unsure - Friendly colleagues - Trains time management and scheduling skills
The challengesThe beginning was quite intimidating as handover period is only 2 weeks. Overlapping period of interns can be improved as for most of us, we do not have prior experience to this internship.

It was a refreshing experience from my past internships at different companies. There's more troubleshooting involved and i appreciate the freedom allowed to us.
The good thingsThe learning curve when I was new was strongly guided by senior interns & supervisor. The environment is friendly and the staff is friendly and understanding.
The challengesDistance, being as a intern on the field compared to my past internship.

Great learning opportunity for software interns to pick up skills
The good thingsAble to gain a wide range of software engineer skillsets such as full stack development, deployment and testing. Workload given is just right with sufficient mentorship to guide you throughout.
The challengesThe company has not adapted to the hybrid working culture (work from office/home).

Good work, but a little repetitive
The good thingsThe people working here are nice, and the environemnt is casual. Not too quiet, but not too loud. Work is also easy once you learn what you need to know
The challengesThe work is repetitive. As expected of any job.

A nice company to work with
The good thingsMy supervisor was nice and understanding. Benefits were better than other companies once you pass their probation period. Multiple challenges to grow and gain more experiences.
The challengesThere can be more opportunities for employees to engage with one another, especially between departments.

To improve company culture and management.
The good thingsThe company has alot of good ideas moving towards a world where every equipment/appliance in a home/office and even outdoor areas that can be a smart system. Most of the time you're able to work independently without any supervision but to provide daily/weekly report of your work progress. Salary is very reasonable but no AWS provided.
The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that almost everyone is adapted to a work culture "that's your problem" even when you're in the same team. Lacking of communication within departments/team as said in earlier point everyone is for themselves as long as higher management see you're doing your job (CC in email very important) you're safe the rest not your problem. High turnover rate and lacking of manpower sometimes when people left, their job become abandon till management start asking question.

The good thingsMy direct Boss is super experience at such able to learn lots of things from him . From his wealth of working experience in Sales as well as Marketing to controlling and how to get out from super tight situation that is impossible to me till I saw he pull it off ....cheers !
The challengesThe most challenging is to be away from family from time to time due to travelling to meet customers . Especially if you have young kids very rough & tough ! Of course to deal with the different culture and traditional of any country is also another huge challenge especially when you are in the comfort zone like Singapore !
