    Very messy, no proper system.
    The good thingsNothing much to express
    The challengesBosses are quite lost, don't have a business direction. Keep flipping. Same to operation, no system, standard keep flipping. Always break promise to suppliers and ask staff to deal with it. Don't have proper HR, don't issue payslip, if you request, the account will make things difficult for you.
