    Better not involve in this company. The upper management are not taking care of the employee welfare They can sack you anytime if they want to bring their own people
    The good thingsThe team member at the store itself are very good
    The challengesThe upper management and the HR especially are sucks!! Too much favorism and only bring new comer from their preferences but cannot work at all and burden to the store team.

    DO NOT JOIN FINANCE TEAM!
    The good things-Some great & nice colleagues -Great salary + benefits
    The challenges-Blaming & toxic culture -No team work (AP team) -Unfair segregation of duties- you’ll be flooded with work while the 2 other AP colleagues (doing simple task) get to knocked off on the dot everyday & only OT 1 day (1hour) during closing period -Don’t expect your AP team to cover you when on leave

    The challengesThe older full timers think they are the regals,.any mistake always Blame on the newbies... What a shame!!! So I gave to stand up for myself....very toxic working environment m.
