    The challengesAlmost everything, especially the ocbc culture. No human factor, no empathy. Can judge this by the number of people (even long-time employees) who left or were managed out.

    Hectic and manual with infrastructure in dire need of upgrades
    The good thingsFamily culture is strong, although it has been weakening. Supportive colleagues in my team who are patient and willing to provide learning opportunities.
    The challengesOut dated infrastructure means there is alot of manual work to be done. As the company grows at a decently fast pace, the amount of work grows exponentially.
