    Low quality school n management

    The challengesTeachers are forced to do many work alone without much support from management. Company has tight budget tow hire cleaner n teacher. Difficult to take leave or MC as. Shortage of manpower

    Long working hours
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and helpful. Enjoy teaching the students. Monthly incentives if hit target of recruiting more students.
    The challengesSuper long working hours. No OT pay. Lunch hours can't really relax and take a break as every month there will be meeting held during lunch time. Primary school students arrive early and have to oversee their behaviors while taking lunch. Demand to in charge duties more than what was supposed to be done. Very difficult to take leave and sometimes not allow to take mc due to shortage of manpower.

    The good thingsEnvironment is great, except that there is no real lunch time given, my usual lunch is about 5 minutes. Incentive given is also good, but will be asked to work extra without no extra pay. Even it is stated 6 days work, I was given a new schedule to work EVERYDAY (Sat and Sun is half day) Annual leave which was submitted a month ago will be cancelled and rescheduled, which spoils plans. No matter the reason, even if it's SMRT fault for train delay, the \"no late\" bonus will be deducted. Medical fees are not reimbursed.
    The challengesNo lunch time, long working hours, get blame for everything, salary low If employer could had really cared about the employees, it would be a great place to be in.
