    Spectacular cuts but a good working environment
    The good thingsVery good package including pension scheme, medical and a fair leave allowance, with option for health screening, dental etc. Some genuinely good managers although many are nontechnical even in the tech organisation.
    The challengesMassive redundancies last year and they are still in a scaling down phase. SG operation is very much secondary to what is happening in the London office, and communication breaks down frequently. Some characters are egotistical and cause friction in the team. Zero or trivial bonuses for tech staff.
