An extremely challenging work environment

The good thingsFormer management and principal gave full rein to staff's personal job management and growth which was very good. Salary and perks were very good.

The challengesNew management team has now changed into micro management which has become extremely stressful. Staff are required to attend religious meetings at least once a week.
