    I working here I learned a lot thing about plasma processing and make me up my career in the work as plasma spray technician..
    The good thingsHappy working with my team as teamwork. We help each other when we need so things to review in skill task.
    The challengesLearning for new skills of SPRAYING because in previous company all the engineers do for as but here we hand on then the engineers verify.

    Used to be good but the management and HR getting worse
    The good thingsCannot think of any
    The challenges1. Management is lousy. Managers mostly do not care and need a lot of pushing to get work done 2. Bosses do not appreciate hard work put in by staff 3. Need to work Long hours in some some departments as headcount control very tight even though company expanded a lot and people leave but replacement take a Long time to come 4. Turnover rate very high. Every month also have people resign but no one is doing anything to improve. Morale very very low

    Company policy
    The good thingsAll the employee are friendly. As well as the management team expect some particular person. Flexible shift work as long as have some one can cover the job.
    The challengesAnnual appraisal can't do on time, always delay. Need to do overtime all the day included weekend. Less opportunity for upgrade employee
