    I have worked very long in Barry. My bosses keeps changing. So I no longer have good support so much so my retirement package is even the worst as compared to other colleague.

    Not very exciting place to work. Poor Management style of working. No one carry any accountanbility
    The good thingsYoung & energetic team and very passionate. Provides basic facilities. Have good health insurance. Provides a lot of training. Celebrates annual day. A lot of staffs get international exposure to visit and work different locations and work with international team
    The challengesEnsure entire company is aligned to one goal rather every department work on their. Collaboration among departments are very poor. There is no action if someone fails to follow integrity. No action on misconduct. So in one line- No integrity and not a respectful organisation
