    Overall, the experience was excellent and enjoyable.
    The good thingsI enjoyed making new friends and working with new people as I was allowed to help with other stores. This job experience improved my customer service skills and it allowed me to see how much I have grown in terms of service.

    The good thingsCan't think of any. There really isn't any.
    The challengesExtremely micromanaged, unbelievably long hours, never ending demands from the honcho. Consistently blamed for everything and everything's a priority - Not one moment for a breather really. You're expected to work ALL THE TIME - Weekends included. Have to go into the office everyday and go on hiding when MOM officers came. Go figure.

    The challengesoverall its really good just sometimes have customers are from different cultures and they speak different language so only that time little bit hard to communicate them in their language but its a good chance to learn their languages like chinese and Malay. but I enjoyed it

    The good thingsEmployers are very friendly and understanding. Especially towards employees with young children. All teams worked together as a family and helped one another with any difficulties. Overall very good experience.
