    The good thingsGood working environment and the bonding between individual departments are good. Satisfaction when finished handling difficult customers and feel good when I able to solve workers conflicts.
    The challengesNeed to be fair and good in dealing with new workers as well as customers complain. Fast paced working environment. Multi tusks and training new staffs and arranging workers for training.
