    Work Life Balance
    The good thingsIts a very small company and the bosses are understanding when you need time out but at the same time also expect you to reciprocate with good work ethics. I believe that is a fair trade especially since its a 5 day work week, 9 - 6pm work hour culture.
    The challengesTo get more people to work with you so that we can grow the company to its fullest potential.
