    Weak leadership. Behind times.
    The good thingsLearning how to identify poor corporate culture, weak leadership and strengthening basics/foundations without structured guidance; thrown to the deep end with weights strapped on, expecting you to swim. Is a good stepping stone, due to international branding, or a great retirement place.

    The good thingsI learned so many things in this job.I gained confidence in handling different people of different walks of life.I was able to learn to give a 101% Customer service satisfaction wherein despite of so many complaints and problems I was able to gave a better idea or options or solutions to their problems wherein at the end of the day you can see a smile in their face and very grateful for what I did
    The challengesThere are some backlogs in our report sometimes we have to stay late in the office just to finished it. Because we are trained not just to be a new account Tellers/marketing assistant we had a multi task wherein we are requested to help tellers especially when there's still a lot of people in the queue post.my suggestions is finished first one's task before another.
