    like to work very safe condition sites
    The good thingsfriendly management update condition soon all the site details provided attends to safety meeting and management meeting ,share all the latest updates with co workers ,everyday morning call start site meeting, give them all the new updates about the construction pressing, finish up all paper work daily, come to work first and leave last.
    The challengesalways like to work with safety good coordination with management and all other agencies work with the sites take care all the working personals give them good respect , make sure the work prosing, provide the site up dates weekly, attend to the company meetings finished Daly work safety and clean maintain all the work safely, on time work finishing, keep the sites clean and good condition

    The good thingsQuality of works and progressing & completion on the time are the aims showing the performance on handing over the projects to the Employers. Cost saving and improvement of the projects are the challenge on my projects to prove how ability I can provide and giving to the Employer as well to the company I am working. My objective is to reach to the satisfactions of all parties as well my self which is my happiness.
    The challenges1. Checking & searching always and following the market locally and international to achieve the pest quality and long life period materials as well minimum maintenance. 2. Improvement of the design is important if possible studying the drawings before commencement and during the execution in such case might occur. 3. Searching for new method statement might to improve the progress and the duration for completion.
