    The good thingscolleagues are kind and willing to help you.
    The challengespay was given late, wanted to schedule work on weekends but could not, have to multitask but when you haven't finish that one job they will ask you to do other things halfway. i have a problem to communicate with others as some of them are not that fluent in english and sometimes we cannot understand what each of us ar e saying at times, not only that there will be miscommunication during work and while discussing on the schedule to work

    The challengesAfter covid 19 is worst lacked of manpower everydays have plenty of orders to do, Have to complete everything even though end of the day and cannot claim OT.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues.
    The challengesRestrictive company culture. No career advancement opportunities. Salary review is only done once every 2 years. No work life balance. Poor employee benefits. Annual leave does not meet the government mandated minimum leave of 14 days.
