No work-life balance and management are not goodThe good thingsSome colleagues are good, have some allowances for food. Can learn a lot of new things as most mission are done by your own only. The opportunities are good if you are an engineer as they treat engineer quite well. This company are quite stable in their business
The challengesWorking hour is quite long and sometimes need to do on weekend. No work-life balance as you usually cannot go off earlier and hard to take leave. Not very recommend for those want to work in office even you are on leave you sometimes still need to answer call and do some jobs. After you come back from leave, the task will still be needed done by you. The management are not very good as they are not good in assign the task.
