    A Company with Poor Management
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of new things.
    The challengesThe rate of attrition in the company is high, and they never looked inwards and removed any discords. Besides, micromanagement is also one of their toxic cultures. They never inspired their workforce, the employees are not given their due in terms of acknowledgment and this often leads to low employee morale. There is also a lack of direction and visualization in the company. They are not open-minded and receptive to fine ideas from the employees.

    The good thingsThere is opportunities to learn new thing related to the industry, sense of accomplishment when completed a major project or manage to solve an issue.

    It depends on what you you want to achieve.
    The good thingsWe have clients who do buy from us regularly so the client relationship is there already. This enable you to get some commission without much effort. You also can learn a lot about health care equipment and is valuable if you want to specialize in that area in the future
    The challengesYou need to constantly meet clients while also doing tender and quotation. The workload is insane since Sales is also a 1 man show. The management does not seem to provide much support even though repeated request for additional staff have been made.

    A place where you gain experience before moving to bigger and better paying companies
    The good thingsU can gain a lot of valuable knowledge about how the different equipment that hospital uses in physiotherapy. This is very important if you are looking to work in a bigger company that deal with these machines.
    The challengesCompany has no budget to hire additional staff due to poor profit margins thus the workload is extremely high as there is no replacement in staff which have left the company, at least for my department. Remuneration is on the low side as there isn't any 13th Month payout.
