    The challengesThere are to many Full shift, if you take MC on Full shift you need to payback. When you payback ur salary it’s still deducted. Think twice before you join

    Ok job for a short time if you are starting out
    The good thingsMade many friends from both staff and promoters, learnt a lot about the sales line.
    The challengesIncentive constantly changing, selling a high commission product does not necessarily reward you with that incentive. Sometimes meet difficult customers and get scolded by them if your product knowledge is not great. Management sometimes not showing care and teaching in rough ways. A lot of stock to handle and during stocktake, things get horrid
