    In touch with humanity
    The good thingsThere is little power distance, everyone are friends and have open discussions. Culture is Malay-centric. Kampung spirit is strong, support requested will be given. Understanding co-workers and nice community neighbourhood.
    The challengesDon't expect an average salary or bonus, it's usually lower than market rate. Decent for a livelihood but not enough for a sense of achievement. You got to hands-on every thing, that includes cleaning. Dealing with vulnerable families, may experience slight culture shock.
