    Outsourced staff with little sense of belonging or recognition

    The challengesLow pay, can only earn more pay by working enough clocked OT. Only minimum leave balance is given and upon confirmation, leave and medical balance is still pro-rated. No sense of belonging as one is just a third party worker outsourced to client company. As benefits are low and outsourced to clients. At client site, colleagues don't seem friendly or willing to help each other very much and compete with each other. As client rush us to complete tasks by deadline, everyone just care to complete their own work in time for themselves.

    The good thingsNone. The work environment is depressing.
    The challengesCompany hires interns for cheap labour and gives said interns same workload and same working hours as full-time employers plus interns aren't allowed to take leave as well.

    The good thingsPays on time and was fast in the hiring process.
    The challengesThe workload is too heavy; headcount must be increased significantly to have a more even distribution of workload. The desk allocated to each worker is too small. Communication between various levels is lacking, which hampers progress at times.
