An eye openerThe good thingsI was lucky i got along well with my team mates. Generally if they like you, they will be willing to train you. I felt i have learnt alot in that span of time.
The challengesPeople come and go very quickly and its hard to establish a team bond. Also the environment can be very harsh and stressful. We work long hours, however, we are expected to be on time everyday, not even a min late else we would be penalized. Of course as working adults, we understand that being late is not ok, however I believe there should be a give and take at some point.
