The challengesPerks and benefits are minimal (no dental benefits, 14 days of annual leave), no AWS nor bonus (always with the same excuse of the company not hitting its annual sales target). Management's decisions change like the wind - directions and expectations are always not clearly communicated to employees, leading to a lot of miscommunication within the team. Company brands itself on its "open" and "transparent" communication but management keeps the "open communication" only within EXCO and not with other employees.
