It is place to learn
The good thingsIt was a start up, so I had complete freedom to work since I was in the pioneer team. Although the role was quiet challenging but had great learning experience.

To work in a well reputed and well background environment
The good thingscan work as a team lead and can take over a project and able to finish that as per customer requirement with proper documentation. Can adopt to shift if necessary and can prefer to work over time if necessary
The challengesWill get new projects and new design of instruments so that i can learn more on them. Commissioning of the projects gives more knowledge than working inside the factory.
Will know how to manage the manpower and utilization of it.
