    High workload but low pay
    The good thingsGreat exposure especially if you are fresh graduate. A lot of opportunities to learn new things.
    The challengesWorkload is very high, have to multitask and manage many different products. Compensation is generally lower compared to market rate, favoritism is very obvious. Reward and recognition need to be more clarity.
