    Frustrating to work with arrogant people that did not want to learn anything

    The challengesThe supervisor and management were selfish, condescending and narrow minded. They thought they were at the top of the field and could do anything they wanted, including talking down to people to their faces.

    The management don't support employee, no opportunities for career development even you did a good job.

    The challengesIn year 2012, as a operator I challenge myself to work hard and I did impossible things just to maintain the department to reach their goal because I like the company. I thought this is my last company to work with and settle down but unfortunately the company management don't support changes.

    Work to gain experience but for short-term
    The good thingsColleagues from the same dept work well together to forge the bond and chemistry.
    The challengesNeed to handle obstacles and many fire fightings on a frequent basis. Some colleagues who care about themselves and choose not to help. Typically those colleagues who are in the company for awhile. Dislike change and probably want to stay in their confort zone

    Office Politics within the team
    The good thingsFree lunch provided. They organised company events and activities to boost employee engagement. Benefits were good.
    The challengesLack of teamwork and not willing to offer help when shortage of manpower. Have to managed their expectations and politics which drains your energy. You feel demoralised when they keep picking on your work.
