    The good thingsBest teamwork and co operative plc to work at..working like families.. Enjoyed myself working at Biottonik..good benefit and welfare.. Good management treated us employees same level..love to come back to Biotronik..leaving due to some problem sold my oversea property..
    The challengesLearning and training is all simple ..certifed is a must to operate at each station..all employee from VI dept are helpful ..the challenges are only problem solving if there a low yield of defect..others great..

    The good thingsTeamwork is great.. always helps one another. Good benefits..and u can travel to berlin gain new experiece if u are selected. Andd the salary is high compare to other company in a production line.
    The challengesThe stress thing is u must undergo certification every station that u learnt. But the test is easy anyway.

    The good thingswork is easy and colleague is nice. easy to understand the work lines and job scope direction.
    The challengesa manager with no knowledge of a company of what it is required to make a company a better place, no follower could be able to follow to make the company a success. if leader is lazy, so will be the staff. a vision should be there to let everyone achieve. there's something missing that nobody wish for it to happen.

    The challengesShort lunch break Specific(little) time allocated for toilet breaks, especially if you have to re-hydrate yourself often in a relatively drier room.
