Overall ,i love my colleagues and manager.
The good thingsColleagues are fun loving and friendly…The property manager is a good guy and it is a pleasure to work with him. Time passed quickly each day, every moment well treasured. Though we are a team of 6 guys, we compromised each other well with different personalities.
The challengesResident’s complaints, feedbacks, suggestions. It made us sick.

Challenging but need to be able to handle the stress and expectations
The good thingsManagement all open-door concept, fun environment, lots of activities and you are expected to attend; the new HR manager cares for the employees and does not put on air (understand that he is new to being a manager) and implemented various new initiatives to the benefits.
The challengesHaving to be standby after office hour / weekend and needed to respond to work email even when on leave; having to be involved in company event organizing committee on top of daily work (as if work is not tiring, still need to spread attention to other adhoc matters); management's knowledge is a little dated and always wanting to find people to blame.

    Better career progression
The good thingsOver the years, there have been more younger staff (either new or fresh grads) joining the organisation. It provides a good platform for learning and also gives more opportunities for career progression.
The challengesFront counter and property staff have to work on alternate weekends

    Comfortably Challenging
The good thingsGood changes for the employees after the change of management and leadership. Employees are given the opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. The HR has also introduced many new things for the employees. I hope this will continue and more can be introduced for the employees.
The challengesDifficult to progress from Executive to Assistant Manager. Many of the staff who has worked for many years feel very comfortable and entitled, not willing to teach the younger ones. It will take some time to change the culture.
