    The good thingsBoss are quite flexible as long as tasks are done on time and they are very understanding. The Colleagues are quite nice people to get along(interacial). Everyone work towards a same goal although some conflicts may happen but never overnight. whatever conflict today, never to mention the second day.
    The challengesOnly the overtime is sometime tiring. i've worked from 9am - 4am for 2 days straight. But you are never alone.
