    No Salary increment, No Bonus, No Career Development, Management has no foresight
    The good thingsthe office is in a great location but office space is really small,
    The challengesthe company is very stingy to spend for anything. only focus on getting sales but doesn't reward the retails or office staff. management has no foresight in bringing in brands and everything is done last minute.
