    Freedom to try new ideas
    The good thingsGiven freedom to try things and to execute plans. Boss takes generally a hands-off approach but is available if guidance needed.
    The challengesLots of responsibility from the start, be prepared to hit the ground running. Quite busy during summer camp season.
