    The good thingsI enjoy putting all my knowledge, experience and expertise to good use to improve on the performance of the 777 and 787 fleets that BAPAS is handling. Along with a tremendous team, working in BAPAS has been satisfying and a stimulant for success.
    The challengesAlthough there are different stakeholders involved in the operations, i.e. SIA (Singapore Airlines), SIAEC (Singapore Airlines Engineering Company), Scoot, SATS, I am able to collaborate with all stakeholders to harness the strengths of every parties. Coupled with innovative methods and the study of the big data, I am able to attain astounding achievements in Aircraft dispatch reliability. Hence, I am a winner of the Boeing Excellence In the Market Award (EIMA) 2019 and BAPAS Innovation Challenge 2019.
