    Bad management style!!
    The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues.
    The challengesBad management style with the new management team. Micro-manage. Only the people on top have all the benefits. Unable to see the career progression. Salary does not meet market rate. Work for longer years but company doesn't value it. High turnover rate. Company cut cost by cutting manpower. One person has to do few people job. Tired and stress. No work life balance.

    The good thingsWell balanced work and lifestyle. Company will create opportunities for employees to learn and send for courses related to work scope. With their own mechanics and workshop, safety department, family carnivals, and most importantly; prompt pay !
    The challengesThe main building at their main office is being demolished and is making way to a higher new building. New building means new and cleaner toilets definitely. They need cleaner toilets and a better cookhouse.
