    The good thingsThe only good thing was the interior of the company. Looks atas and spacious.
    The challengesSeniors are not patient and willing to coach the newcomers . Feels like newcomers are hired in a rush. Very understaff. Can't asked questions more than once , will show attitude and makes you look dumb. Workload is packed. Once a senior is transfer out the workload is all left for the newbie to do. Have to learn fast as they are not willing to coach properly. OT is part of the culture here. No work life balance.

    The challengesManagement do not know how to manage the team and work. Most of the time it will be the CS who work and cover for the management. Flavourism by management and supported by higher management. overall this company is not a good company. Low salary, long working hours and still have to cover the manager incompetency

    The challengesPromotion is one factor that is not much of a practice. The company rather employ new management team that normally does not adapt to the culture of the organisation. Hence, higher turn over in this organisation.
