    The good thingsI have been working in Bombardier for 11 year plus. My colleagues are very friendly. My current job is quite challenging but I worked for this jobs 5 years plus. I'd like to move up, find new environment, new culture.
    The challengesWorking with many countries to delivery project. The installation and communication with another company to get the requirements are part of challenging because different country is different work culture.

    The good thingsI enjoy the work environment that we have in our company plus a great deal of work life balance. We have flexible duty hours and the colleagues including the management team are very much approachable that we always get to work as a team regardless of the issues we encounter altogether. Although some companies offer a bigger package, I still believe that being happy with your work is priceless.
    The challengesSo far our greatest challenge right now is our Local Accounting and Reporting counterpart who is so American in her ways of handling her role that she overly depends on the Shared Service center for almost all her task.
